Excitement Builds for AirCargo 2025 in Dallas!

As we kick off 2025, I couldn’t be more excited about the upcoming AirCargo 2025 Conference & Exhibition, taking place March 2-4 in Dallas, Texas. This year is shaping up to be our biggest event ever—our exhibit hall is completely sold out, and we’re on track to set new records for both attendance and sponsorships. This incredible momentum reflects the value and importance of bringing our industry together to tackle challenges, explore opportunities, and chart the future of air cargo.

At a recent presentation to the JFK Air Cargo Association, I shared insights on key trends shaping our industry. We’re keeping a close eye on global trade developments, from tariffs and geopolitical tensions to shifts in ocean freight alliances that could impact supply chains. Trucking congestion at airports remains a critical concern, and we continue to advocate for solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs for forwarders. On the aviation and cargo security front, the new presidential administration may bring regulatory changes that affect how we do business, and we are closely monitoring any developments.

These issues and changes coming to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the e-commerce boom, sustainability initiatives like Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), and advancements in AI and automation will be front and center at AirCargo 2025. This is an event you won’t want to miss! If you haven’t already registered, now is the time to secure your spot and be part of the most important conversations shaping our industry’s future.

Before heading to Dallas, I’m looking forward to visiting the Orlando Air Cargo Association next Wednesday, February 5th, where I’ll have the opportunity to speak with industry colleagues about the challenges and opportunities ahead. These local engagements are invaluable as they allow us to hear firsthand what’s on the minds of our members and industry partners.

Looking forward to seeing many of you in Orlando and, of course, in Dallas for AirCargo 2025!
